So I really, this is a very different episode today. So I recently split up with my previous

partner. I never know how to say that. And did a breakup episode with my girlfriend Vanessa

Grimaldi about two episodes ago and received a lot of feedback from you guys just about processing

breakups and through that conversation, my previous ex Derek, who many of you remember, who I was

engaged to on Bachelor in Paradise came up and kind of the lack of closure around that relationship

and that breakup. And it spurred a few articles to come out saying that I was getting back together

with him and that I was debating it and all these things. And so I was then invited onto reality

Steve's podcast to kind of clear the air and set the record straight about this reconciliation

with Derek and spoiler alert. I'm not debating getting back together with him. That's taken

out of context. But in this episode with reality Steve, we talked not only a little bit more about

the breakup and about that relationship with Derek, but we also spent a very decent portion of this

episode discussing sexual health, discussing masturbation, discussing three sums, discussing

vibrators, discussing sexual addiction. And I have to admit, I was a little scared and kind of

preparing myself to get some backlash for sharing my sexual experiences that were a little bit outside

of the box in this episode and was very surprised to see the number of messages. First, I'll just

say reality Steve's listeners are super supportive. So thank you. I was very surprised by the number of

messages that I received from people just saying how much they love the episode, how much it helped

open their mind to things sexually, how it really made such a difference to just have this kind of

conversation around poly relationships around three way sex that they hadn't really had before. So

it all of these messages from people and new listeners that have kind of came over to the podcast
