Martin, so great to see you. What have you been up to? I'm all right, Dina. Thank you. Yeah,

I've been up to a few things. I've been running, which is good. still got a slightly shaky hip, but I did go for a run.

I did. I think it was about seven miles. And I've been trying to up the pace a little bit,

up the intensity a little bit in some of those runs. And so I just gradually tweaked some of the

miles within it, only three or so, and I managed to

land a mile beginning with a five, which I haven't done for some time. And I sort of enjoyed it.

I got a mile in with a five. That sounds so playful. Did your body hold up? You feel good.

Your hip felt good afterwards? Yeah. Yeah. It felt, well,

you know, runners listening will understand, like when you haven't, most of my running, because of my hip,

most of my running for many months, actually, has been easy, very easy, very steady.

And I've really not got an elevated heart rate. I've really not run hard.

I've not pushed anything. So naturally, like when I'm running a little bit quicker than I have been

for a few months, yeah, I felt it a few days after. Unnaturally so, because normally when you're mixing,
