and our feelings. We're going to be talking with Dr. Scott Simon-Tin who is a licensed clinical

psychologist and he's dedicated to helping adults overcome worry, anxiety, negative moods,

addicted behaviors and all kinds of other conditions that steal our joy and our freedom. He
