There's a lot to be said around that to make sure you're optimizing and you're pushing the envelope as well.

Also, if you fill up too quickly, you probably are charging way too little, so you do want to have that balance of value and what you're charging.

And, of course, now we're going to be discussing on what to charge tenants. We can continue that discussion as well, and how to have property managers really apply the information that we're going to be giving them with checklist if necessary.

Which, Frank, is a master at, really is good at putting checklists and balances together, as is Gabe, of course.

That's why I hang around these guys, because they're smarter than me in a lot of the areas that I'm weak in.
