So I'll use that property as an example, because I had different kinds of tenants. Good, bad, and the ugly, and even worse than that. I just can't find the word for it. But

the previous owners, they were just bringing any tenants in. They were doing no screening, no nothing. They were just bringing any tenants in because they were looking to, hey, we have X amount of units.
