Actually, no, I remember attending my first success reflex as a student, Marco. And if you recall, that's when we, that's when I picked up the mobile home park.

That you made how much money? We just sold it. You're right. We made a little bit of chunk of change. We made some change. You made six figures on it. Yeah, we did. We did. We did.

Yeah, six figures on it. Not a bad day at the office. Not a bad day at the office at all. And in order to maintain that property, you had to get tenants.

So, yes, let's circle right back to the topic that we're discussing. Oh, yeah, I love the 360. I love it. I love it. Actually, no, what? That's what she said. Yeah.

With the tenants, I just got a I got a backtrack here a little bit. Tenets. And I know many of you is like when we bought that property. So I'll use that property as an example, because I had different kinds of tenants. Good, bad, and the ugly, and even worse than that. I just can't find the word for it. But

the previous owners, they were just bringing any tenants in. They were doing no screening, no nothing. They were just bringing any tenants in because they were looking to, hey, we have X amount of units.
