A short one today from Monaco, where I drove over to meet Raphi Sirtoli and Eduoard Soutzo, inventors of the just-released Nutrita webapp called Nutrita Pro. This bad boy will allow you to scan most food products with your phone - and immediately see if they are good for your health.
The guys will be incorporating the all-powerful CAC Score into their system over time, which certainly got my attention!
Something went wrong with Eduoard's autofocus so the visuals are impacted - but what the hell, maybe it hides our subtle imperfections!

Yeah, we have a big focus on nutrient density because it's the basis of any good diet,

And just for anyone listening who doesn't know already, coronary archery calcification is the CAC scan, CAC score.
