excited a episode of this changes everything I'm very excited for everyone who's listening, but also for us.

Oh, I, I, this was like a wildest dream of mine.

And... This is like a wildest dream of mine and I have to tell everybody a little story about how we got started

So many of you listening maybe know me from the Brain Candy Podcast where

uh, Susie and I talk about funny things and we talk about brainy things and

you know we laugh we learn blah blah blah. But there's also, uh, you know, this other side of me, this therapist side,

where, you know, I,

I don't know, get a little bit deeper

maybe than like the silly side of me that's on the

brain candy podcast so Susie like pitched me this idea she's like you know Sarah

I think you should have a podcast where you talk about you know kind of like

therapy stuff talk about you know kind of like therapy stuff talk about

me relationships personal growth stuff like that because every now and then on the

podcast I'll do it and I'll switch into this mode where it's like a whole

different voice and soon as he, oh, that's it.

And so sometimes I'm like, Therapy Sarah and, you know,

regular Sarah, maybe we need two different podcasts.

So, Susie was like, okay, think of who you'd like to be a co-host.

And the idea, like, it was so crazy.
