His name is Billy Joel. I don't know. He heard of him? Oh, okay. Name sounds familiar? That's good. All right, he's sold millions and millions and millions of records throughout his career. However, he started his

career as a recording artist for a very small label. And there is a product out there that has a,

you can still find these days, and it has a very interesting story around it. So we'll talk a

little bit about that today and how to tell if your copy of that album is real or if it's

counterfeit. Ooh, who knows?

Music guide. Are you ready to go? Let's do it. Now, before we get into today's topics, I want to quickly talk a little bit about a TV show that's coming out, a TV show called Vinyl, spelled just like it sounds.

It's coming out on HBO. It's one of these drama series that looks very, very compelling.

If you haven't seen it, haven't heard about it, take a moment now here, put me on pause and Google it and watch the trailer.

It looks pretty fascinating. I'm quite, I'll be here waiting for you.

Okay, you all back? Everything good? Okay, cool. It was pretty wild. Wasn't that trailer phenomenal?

I mean, it certainly is something that I want to watch. I don't know how much actual vinyl it's going to be. I mean, for those of you who didn't do it or in your car or something like that, it's a series.

It's kind of like the Sopranos or Boardwalk Empire, but it's around the 1970s record industry.
