1:26.5	and by the way, I'm trying, I just want to start this out because I'm trying to figure out how in the
1:32.5	heck you hypnotized me to not drink ever again. It's the weirdest thing. I do want to tell you a
1:41.6	quick story on how I found out about your book. I went to a thing called Soul Degree and it was,
1:49.2	it was actually by a guy named Chris Robbins and it was in Vermont. This was like early June.
1:54.9	Anyways, through discussion, it's like a guy's retreat. It's awesome. And just at one of the
1:59.2	dinner tables, he said, we were talking about books that changed our life and he goes, he brought,
2:06.2	he goes, you know what? Everybody's got to read this naked mind. He goes, I got done with that book
2:11.5	and for some reason I didn't want to have another drink ever again. And I'm like, that's crazy.
2:18.4	He's like, okay, that's pretty, you know, profound statement. And so anyways, honestly,
