So life is pretty crazy and sometimes our emotions can get the best of us. And so many of you

act to me, what do you do if you're like really upset and you've kind of specified certain emotions,

but whether it's anxiety, frustration, just general anger or shock, whatever it is.

When you have a really, really strong emotion, you know, they can really, really just take you away.

And it happens to all of us.

And there's survival responses that get coated into our brain from way back when.

And we tend to repeat those over and over.

And we just can't break out of the pattern, but we want to be better.

Well, today we're going to talk about a couple techniques that I use every time to calm myself down,
