Summary

The boys are recording together in Dublin as Kevin was over for an event that they were both asked to DJ at. As part of the set they did Rock The Boat and the lads reckon it was one of the hardest ab workouts they've done in ages. Also in the catchup, Kevin recounts a suspected crime he witnessed on the tube. The theme for the week is comfort food and they start off by ripping the food pyramid to shreds and deduce that it's not nutritionally sound and that it was all an inside job to get us to consume more dairy. PJ tells us how he was seduced by Jose's skills in the kitchen and Kevin shares that he's lucky to be alive having eaten the radioactive cupcakes from his sister's Easy-Bake Oven growing up. They then read out people's perfect hangover cures and rip the piss out of a girl who loves dried mango and dark chocolate because that's just notions.
