Summary
In this week's episode, Natalie talks about why focusing is about being discerning and committing, and why we allow ourselves to get busied up in all manner of distractions because we are afraid of putting our stake in the sand and saying, 'This is who I am, this is what I'm about, and this is what I need'. She also talks about why a lot of our painful relationships and problems are about avoiding our potential and purpose, along with delaying on reaching a resolution about outstanding decisions.
