The Friendship Party Excerpt:
“Good morning, Alyssa!” Uli replied. “I woke up with a great idea and I can’t wait to share it. Do you want to hear?”

Alyssa smiled, wondering what idea had Uli so excited. He always had the best plans. “Of course,” she replied. “What is it?”

Uli’s eyes twinkled. “Well…I had a dream that all of us toys were gathered around a big table.  There were balloons, and streamers, and even a big, pink cake!” the little unicorn explained.

pretending you are breathing fire like a dragon.

As you breathe out, feel your legs, back, and belly relax.

Now, picture a baby elephant hugged tight by its mother's trunk.
