Hi there, all my dear friends, how are you today? It's a beautiful day in paradise. But listen, I've got a lot of urges here. I want to go out

and play. I want to look at my email. I want to make lunch. I've got a lot of urges. And all

of those urges, it's really just an uncomfortable feeling sitting inside of me that's taking me

away from you and giving you

this very important information, right?

Just like you have urges too, the urges that we're talking about specifically is the urge

to overeat, right?

It's the idea of giving into an uncomfortable feeling inside of us and getting

a negative result. So if you have these urges and overeating was absolutely no problem, right? You

were healthy, you were at your natural weight, you felt wonderful about yourself, I wouldn't be

talking to you. But we're talking about Impama, Shodren, and her book

is talking all about this urge or Shempa, as she calls it, or that uncomfortable pool to do something
