year after year in a myriad of different contexts. And it's along the lines of I want to do fill in the

blank but I don't. How do I get motivated? How do I stay focused? Why do I say that I want to do this thing but I let my friends take up all of my time and I don't set boundaries or this is the third year that I've said I wanted

to do this or I just never make time for it or whatever it is. Can you relate because I think all of us have those things,

whether they are in our personal life, our professional life,

they can look so many different ways, wanting to lose weight,
