Summary
This podcast was totally unplanned....not like me at all. I had a phone call in the night and I spoke to a mother and her daughter about something VERY REAL. Too real for us parents. A sister's daughter had decided that she didn't want to live anymore and we worked really hard through the feelings of why.

I felt compelled to share this story with other sisters because I need all of us to take our daily habits as mothers very seriously. We could be contributing to our children's sadness, depression or suicidal thoughts in ways that we are not even aware of. Our messages and our words hold immense power to uplift or bring low the level worth that our children feel. We need to be constant sources of encouragement. Too often our "busy schedules" have us pushing our children away and saying "not right now". It could be harming them more than we know.
