Hi there, everybody. How are you today? I think I sound kind of echoey, and that is because I do not have my microphone with me. I'm in St. Louis, and guess who forgot to bring their microphone? You guessed it? Me. Ho, ho, ho. But I've got a message for you anyway, and so I know the quality of this podcast won't be as good as always, but my message will be clear as about.

So this is what I want to talk to you about today as I'm in the Midwest.

It's cloudy out.

I just went for a beautiful, beautiful walk.

But man, I had my warm clothes on. Not my nice summer

clothes that I like to wear in Belize on the ocean. It's a little bit different here. But you know what?

It gets me in the spirit of the holidays. And I know that when you're listening to this, Christmas will be

over. But right now, Christmas has not come yet. So I want to talk to you a little bit about

the notion of this gaining weight during the holiday thing. Because, you know, statistics are that

if you're one of those people, you're going to gain between 10 to 15 pounds between Thanksgiving

and the new year. And I want to talk to you

about that a little bit because that is something that I think the reason it happens is because

many of us create different thoughts in our mind ahead of time. And so what I want to talk to you
