So this episode is so, so very important because the second phase is probably one of the

So this second phase is about one, rebuilding your confidence, really to make decisions that serve

you instead of sabotage you, meaning long-term benefits versus short-term fixes.

So often we let our primitive brain take over and we make decisions that are short-term fixes,

like maybe deciding to eat the pint of ice cream instead of doing what you said you would do,

aka eating just one serving of the ice cream.

And that would be more of a benefit for us long term.

And in breakup terms, this could be going back to him, even though you know long term,
