frazzled to be quite honest. Yeah there's a lot going on. You know I know we

had mercury and retrograde situations happening last month and I'm like, okay, it's over.

So things should start to settle down, but I don't feel like it has.

I just think that life so much going on. Yeah life in general in the

external world is presenting I feel like all of us was so much anxiety but also so

much sorrow. I mean there's just a I mean life has always been

this way but for whatever reason it's really feeling heavier and so I think

everyone should just take a deep breath and give themselves a huge break.

Life is hard, difficult, which we talk about a lot on this podcast.

But I just feel like, I don't know, maybe it's because we're hearing the end of the year.
