We are heading into the final stretch of 2017, man this year went fast and I've got a question for

all of you who are out there listening.

I want to know if you're happy. More specifically, I want to know if you're happy. More specifically, I want to know if you're happy at work.

Does your job, your career, does it excite you, does it make you feel fulfilled? Does it make you feel fulfilled?

Does it make you feel like you have a purpose?

I know it might sound idealistic and no it's not realistic to think that you are going to love your job every single day.

My friend Susan from college said, if you did, they wouldn't have to pay you.

But everything I just asked about is possible.

It's possible to get there with I think a little bit of work and that's what we're going to talk about today.

I am sitting across the table with Catherine Minchou, who is CEO and founder of the Muse. It's a career platform used by 50 million, I said million, millennials, to navigate their careers.

The site's also used by hundreds of companies looking to hire and attract and retain great talent. She's got a best-selling book called The New Rules of Work and

she's an operating partner at X Factor Ventures which is a venture capital fund investing

in the next generation of female founders.
