I still have this crazy cough, and they're just telling me there's nothing you can do about it.

You've got to just wait this out.

And cough medicine ain't doing nothing for it. So it's been hard to do,

like yesterday's episode, short episode on Trump, I had to just keep coughing through the whole thing.

We had to edit them all out. So I'm going to try to rest my voice for another day. And it helps

And this particular lesson is on the public goods argument.

And in what follows, I'll define what public goods are. You're

probably familiar with the argument. This is why we need the government to provide certain

goods and services because the private sector can't provide them for these following reasons,

and these are all things that constitute public goods. That is a very, very common

argument, and we've addressed it at least a couple times on the show in the past, so I'll try and

link to those previous episodes on the show notes page. This is reasonably systematic treatment
