Hey everybody, Tom Woods here. Just a short little episode for you today. I should have done this last week, but I couldn't make it work.

I had to get a few episodes done in advance because I had to go out of town, and you might be interested to know why. You remember maybe that in late 2016, I gave away a 2017 Kia Soul as the first prize in my Liberty Classroom affiliate contest. Well, Mike Church was the winner, and as you may know,

Mike, formerly of Sirius XM Satellite Radio, has launched his own internet network, the Veritas

radio network, and he used the car, not for his own personal use, but to raise money for his new venture.

And so he was also giving the car away.

And on March 3rd, which was last week, he had a big event at a Kia dealership.

I was up in Athens, Georgia.

I drove over seven hours to get there so that I could be with him when he finally gave the car away to the person who really would be the end user, who turned out to be a fellow named Kenneth Snyder.

And it was a very exciting thing to do.

Neither Mike nor I, neither one of us ever given a car away before.

So it was fun.

And I'm glad I did it.
