Summary

It's SO easy to get in our own heads about whether we are "on plan" or "off plan" when we start a new program.

Today I want to challenge you to simplify this issue and just focus on having a plan that you consistently work from.

We really get wrapped up in the idea of being on plan or off plan.

You see it, you go on social media, you want a Facebook feed, Instagram, and you see people talking about,
