Hello and welcome to this episode of the ESG Fitness Podcast. Sorry if I sound a bit husky. I'm

0:06.3

recording this quite early in the morning. I haven't spoken to anyone yet, which also might mean

0:11.0

I'm slightly weirder than I normally am. You're going to get a lot from this episode. That

0:16.4

loss, a little bit about automating finances, a lot about performing at your best for your life.

0:24.8

Some mentions of ADHD, which are relevant to all, and probably a bit about productivity as well.

0:32.5

And here is where the inspiration came from.

0:34.3

So a few weeks ago, somebody asked me, if you could magically not have

0:39.6

ADHD, would you take that option? And the answer is unequivocally, is that unequivocally,

0:47.9

1:35.8

So we don't really know what episode this is, although I think I've noticed those.

1:41.2

Anyway, I often talk about the positives of ADHD because it's not something that I can change.

1:46.5

So it may as well look for some positives in it.

1:48.5

And I try and do that with most imperfections, should we term them?

1:52.7

Either find a positive or just laugh at it and make it funny.

1:57.2

But if there was like a magic, bam, you can get rid of this.

2:01.3

Yeah, I absolutely would.

2:02.6

And anyone who's claiming that ADHD is great and they wouldn't get rid of it.

2:08.7

And I think probably doesn't have ADHD and just maybe just thinks it's a cool thing to say.
