This week is a good start to the podcast because this week I've had the worst ADHD symptom flare up I've had in ages and like it was probably coming

and I was pushing it a little bit but I thought it would be interesting to talk

about and then this is by the way it's going to be useful whether you have ADHD or not and a lot

of these symptoms or these traits happen when you've basically been doing what I've been doing
