Oh wait, are we started? Yeah, okay, we just started. This great start to the episode. Hello,

0:04.8

welcome to this episode of the ESG Fitness Podcast. Sorry, there was a second delay on Riverside.

0:10.8

It was very shocking for me. And now I'm ready to start, although I'm not because I actually

0:18.3

don't have any notes up. Okay, here we go. Welcome to this

0:21.1

very professional episode of the ESG Fitness Podcast. Today I'm going to talk about injuries,

1:42.2

not badly, but just like very conclusively for reasons I won't go into

1:47.5

because it'll be too obvious, but I'm like, there's literally no way that you can ever go back

1:51.7

1:57.2

open because it kind of makes it easier in your head to get over than I think what's hard is when things are so final right whether it is like when I left kind of that more academic
