We are officially in season three.

about new beginnings and figuring out like how do we become more of who we really are and how do we ensure that we close this gap between what we say we want and you know who we say we are and what we actually do.

This is why I decided to kick off this season talking about just one topic for this episode, which is all about attention versus love.

Now what really inspired me to delve into the subject is I have been a little bit obsessed with this song called Attention by Charlie Booth and it really encapsulates that struggle that we go through when we are really into somebody

and they're typically an X and that X keeps you know boomeranging in and out of our lives, and we keep falling for it.

We keep falling for their need for our attention, and we mistake the fact that they keep seeking

at our attention as them actually wanting us for a relationship as a sign that they love us.

And so in this song he sings and I am not going to sing it for you. He sings, you just want attention.

You don't want my heart.

Maybe you just hate the thought of me with someone new.

You just want attention, I knew this from the start start you're just making sure I'm never

getting over you and I am all too familiar with this because and I think I've

definitely mentioned this on the show before but my first

long-term boyfriend was in my teens and we went out on and off for I think it was about
