1:11.6 | There are like more considerations around that and it's a very different approach to what you would take to somebody who is going through |
1:21.6 | who are going to say normal menopause, I guess, it's like a simple way to turn that. Now, these women don't have small |
1:29.8 | goals. Like both of them want to get back to doing pull-ups. So both them have at least a five pull-up goal. |
1:36.5 | And one of them is going to be tracking the actual Sahara Desert, right? So no fucking around. |

1:46.0 | have been through a lot is that sometimes they just have like the most incredible |
1:50.3 | and inspiring goals and this like zest for life and I want to make sure that that |
1:55.8 | feeling is backed by the amount of energy that they have because obviously that one of the most |
2:02.7 | ongoing symptoms of cancer treatment that most people don't really think about or talk about |
2:10.3 | enough is cancer-related fatigue and that can last for years if not decades and when managed well |
