And I remember putting those on the day at the hearing aid place and I was like, I'm leaving with these. I don't care what they cost. It's the best thing I've ever done for myself. Like I I'll turn around and drive home 30 minutes if I forget him.

I'm not going anywhere without them. Well, I mean, it's disorienting. I remember my dad lost, or his hearing started to go. He was big into scuba diving, and his hearing started to go. And it was awkward to talk to him where he was like, huh? What? Yeah. And then, like, would come through and then you're like, like, there was all this, like, missing of nuance in the conversation.
