oh someone's coming maybe I want to get in shape. Now, I get the appeal of quote-unquote, summer

shred type thing. And honestly, rather than tell you not to do this, because quite honestly as well,

I know that some of you are going to do it anyway. I'm going to

talk you through the right way to do this, the evidence-based way to do this, and how to capitalize

on that motivation you have to get in shape for summer without also tripping yourself up at the same

time. And I actually have no issue with doing kind of summer pushes with clients. Many of my

one-to-ones are doing this at the moment and the vast majority of people on my
