I have just been doing one-to-one check-ins and I have to say that my fat loss clients are absolutely killing it at the moment.

And I think it's to do with one little thing that I've been pushing a little bit differently and a little bit harder.

And that's discipline and one

way that I've been implementing that is by having clients go not all clients but if

you pick the clients especially ones with fat loss goals have them go quite significantly

lower calories during the week with higher calories on the weekend. This works

really well if you have a busy week and a more social weekend, which most people do. The way that I

do this is I have quite strict calorie ranges with a very structured set meal guide and quite little flexibility during the week.

And it's a real focus on midweek discipline. You're kind of eating to fuel, to train hard,

to get into a bit of like an athlete mentality and then you ease off over the weekend before

getting stuck back into it again on Monday. Now this works on numerous levels because also you

know I've got quite a lot of incredible clients who have really big career goals at the same time

which means that they kind of get their head stuck into that

side of things, a bit more focus, a bit less flexibility around both food, meal timings, but also

work and their work structure as well. Especially good if you are running your own business

or you have quite a, well, do you know what? No any any kind of like career that you're

really looking to push one of the reasons this works so well about there are a few

reasons this work so well number one is that if you do this right by the time

the weekend comes you normally need a little bit of a break both physically and

mentally anyway and the whole point of the way that I approach things.
