bike packing, cycling, adventuring, and really all things outdoors. I am not your normal host.

I am not Patrick. My name is Ryan and we are going to do things a little bit differently today.

I'm actually going to interview Patrick.

So this is an idea that we kind of had percolating for some time, I guess. We kind of talked about

interviewing you on your own show, kind of as a way for your listeners to get to know you a little bit,

get to know where you are coming from, kind of some personal history of you.

You know, people kind of generally want to know that kind of stuff.

And I guess it just kind of worked out serendipitously that you just had your show featured on

bikepacking.com. So congratulations on that, by the way. That's really fantastic. I'm really happy

for you. And so I guess this interview will somewhat kind of piggyback off of that article that was featured.

There was a handful of questions that were asked there, and so we might dive a little bit deeper into some of those.

because we had planned on doing this show on this day I had no idea when the

Sunday and we're going to talk. So I think as much as it makes me uncomfortable to kind of be

the center of attention, I do see the value in letting people know a little bit more about me.

And actually, you were the one to point out. It's like, I'm not famous, I haven't done, you know, you can't go online and Google Patrick Farnsworth and find like tons of information about me.
