Hey everybody, Tom Woods here talking to Bill Watkins today.

He is the author of a really, really tremendous book on the Virginia and Kentucky Resolutions of 1798 that he wrote probably, I don't know, 15 years ago, quite a while ago.

But he's got a brand new book called Crossroads for Liberty, recovering the anti-federalist values of America's first constitution. And that's the kind of topic

that interests me as a historian. So I thought, let's get Bill on here. He's a hero for doing that

great book reclaiming the American Revolution on the Virginia-Kentucky resolutions. Let's have him come on

and talk about his brand new book, Crossroads for Liberty. Bill's a research fellow at the

Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit. He's served as a prosecutor and defense lawyer,
