Today we're having a conversation with Daniel Davis. He's the author of the book, The Beautiful Cure,

harnessing your body's natural defenses. And for those of you who don't know who Daniel Davis is,

he's a professor of immunology at the University of Manchester. His research

using super resolution microscopy to study immune cell biology was listed in Discover magazine

as one of the top 100 breakthroughs of the year. He's a really good guy. He came on Sunday

brunch once and I started talking to him all about disease.

We had 10 minutes with him or so as you do on TV and I went, I really want to speak to

you more about this.

He knows so much about the immune system.

So I invited him down.

He's come all the way down from Manchester and this is an interesting podcast because it's

very long.

It's an hour and 45 minutes. And I think it's worth it because he's talking about health. He's talking about all the

interesting things which go in in your body. And I would be interested to know what you think.

Mark, did you enjoy it at that length? Yes, I did. But like you, I listen to a lot of podcasts that are longer than that.
