really good idea for anyone who doesn't know who matthew is he used to be G.B.'s number one table tennis

player. He wrote a book called Bounce, which is where I first got introduced to him,

really, because I loved it. It was a really good book about how practice and maybe practice is more

important than talent, but we discussed this on the podcast and then the he wrote black box
