I think I got first connected with Coach Jameson over 10 years ago through our good friend Rob Wolf about coming on and discussing

HRV in some of the training, especially as I got more into developing aerobic system for 22 Jack

Street, which was the precursor to the program Jack Street. So finally reached out as we've been using

Joel's technology, Morpheus, to work with Victor and some of the fighters and to be able to track HRV.

I'm not overly romanced with real-time HRV, so I wanted a specific score and ended up, you know, deciding to use Morpheus for the training, which is his company and the technology they use.

And it's been extremely beneficial in terms of managing load and volume and seeing the

different levels of intensity that guys have been training in.

Well, so what I did is I actually ordered the Morpheus for them. And at least then I would have like,

because I'm not overly romanced with like at the minute HRV. You know, you wear the whip, you wear all these things. It's given you by the minute HRV and for athletes, I think it's the worst thing because they're looking at it all the time and then they're trying to do some mental gymnastics of like, oh, am I recovered? I don't want them to do it. All I want them to do is once a week. Monday morning, I want you to do your HIV and then maybe one or two other times during the week. After we do all of our big conditioning stuff, I would have them do it. And then at least it would give me a number for them to shoot for. So when they wear the straps, when they roll, I can kind of gauge what the energy systems are hitting. And it's like this. Like it's either, you know, 95% or like way down.
