But interesting podcast, I'm really fascinated by how we developed rugby athletes and more importantly the demands. As an American football player here in America, we tend to be very siloed in what we do. But I've always been a fan of rugby as a sport that I never was exposed to until, obviously, I went to college and it was too late. But one I always wished I'd played. My brother got a chance to play, and I know he loved it. So

understanding the demands of training those pro athletes, what it takes to develop them,

and then also moving into soccer, which is a very different version. You know, obviously

both played with the ball, but the demands are very different. The athletes are very different.

was in like sports science and rugby union predominantly. So I started the PhD, did all of my data

collection in the rugby team that I was working in and then finished it whilst I was working in soccer.
