You got to stop it, people. The more I talk to you, the more I realize there's a lot of crazy people out there. And I was one of them, crazy thinking, doing crazy things. And our brain is so wired. We just got to stop it. And that's what I'm talking about today. So stay tuned.

Hi there, everybody. I'm here in St. Louis again. It's green. It's beautiful.

And as always, every time I come here, it's cold. I'm having to wear long sleeves and jeans again. I don't know what happens. How I affect the weather so much. But I come in from Belize. I'm hot and sweaty. I get here.

I'm always cold. The weather always changes. And it's always a little unseasonable when I get here.

But hey, it's really gorgeous. I love the difference from being

on the beach and the blue, the turquoise water and the blue skies and the white beach.
