Hi, everybody. How are you today? It's a beautiful day in Belize. I've been talking to a lot of new people

lately. I was on a podcast as a guest on Bold New Mom with Jody Moore. And I think a lot of you,

I have a lot of new listeners, so welcome. A lot of you heard me from that

podcast. And one of the things that I really want to share with all of you, I've done a lot of

many sessions with many of you and giving you new tools and new ways to look at your life,

of you told me, well, let's put it this way, all of you from 20 to 70 is how afraid you are of food, how afraid you are

that you cannot trust your own self to stop eating a food when your body is full because your mind

says so many crazy things to you about how good it is, how you're never going to
