Summary
It's been a very difficult past 11 days and throughout the tears and frustration and guilt seeing our 1 year old battle her illness but this time has also given me time to think about what we've built over the past 8 years (and sold if you didn't know) and the freedom building a sellable business gives you. I'll be breaking down what's been going on with our family while still given you a framework around why LTV is so important in your business.

| 1:05.3 | and all of these systems that i'm going to share with you today have allowed us to be able to do this |
| 1:10.0 | so that we were able to weather a very very tum tumultuous, tumultuous, a very, very turbulent |
| 1:15.1 | couple of weeks here with our daughter that I've never been through anything that has been |
| 1:18.8 | this scary. So basically what had happened was a couple weeks ago, Marley got sick, okay? It was a Friday, week after her birthday. |
| 1:29.7 | And Aaron and I had a date night plan that night. And I'm working and Aaron comes in my office. And she's like, oh, Marley's throwing up. And I'm like, man, she's never been sick before, you know, and I wouldn't go, I wouldn't look at her. And she seemed fine. She was a little warm. We took her temperature. It was like 98, so she didn't have a fever. I'm like, you know, I'm sure she's fine. |
| 1:46.0 | It's probably a colder flu. We just had a birthday party. There took her temperature. It was like 98. So she didn't have a fever. I'm like, |
| 1:45.2 | you know, I'm sure she's fine. It's probably a colder flu. We just had a birthday party. There were a bunch of kids over here. Kids get sick. You know, we know that now having two of them, they get sick. So we went on our date and Aaron's mom stayed with Marley. We're fortunate that both of our moms, we actually retired them to work in our business. I shouldn't say in our business, but work for us. |
