I am very, very, very excited for this episode.

I'd probably say that all the time, but I'm generally quite an excited person,

I wanted to talk today about some of the additions that I am making to commit to six,

which is, if you don't know, the program that I've run for the last,

I want to say seven years now. And during that time, we have helped thousands of women

overcome yo-yo dieting, get in the shape of their lives. And then most importantly and impactfully, just improve how much

they enjoy their life. And over the years, I have come to realize that by far the biggest impact and by far

the thing that most people say when they finish their time with us, it's like the massive impact

you've had on how I think about things,

how my mindset is, how positive I am, how generally how much I enjoy my life. And for sure,

a lot of that comes with the body composition changes that are being made. But a huge,

huge part of this and really the reason that we're able to get people such incredible body

composition results is because of the mindset change. And this is something that we're able to get people such incredible body composition results is because of the

mindset change. And this is something that we've always focused on, but have never had this level

of course devoted to it. And it got me thinking, if most of this at the moment is coming as a bit of a

byproduct of the work that we do, then if we actually

focused on it, imagine how much of a bigger impact this would have. So that is exactly what we've done.

And I am absolutely loving writing this course. I'm about, I was going to say halfway through,

but like I'm kind of brain dumping in different sections at the moment and I'm trying to keep it as short, sharp and concise and impactful as possible.
