Eric, thank you for joining to me. It's exciting to have you.

Eric is a, just let me briefly share some of Eric's story. Eric was a therapist and still is.

And he had, has gone through his own situation of being betrayed by his wife

and infidelity. And Eric, I just want to kind of as we just want to kind of jump in and get to

the point. Just your experience of being betrayed, discovering all this, what were those

early days like? man um you almost you

that that feeling of having your legs chopped out from under you like there's a physical

if you've ever had that happen before if you you played soccer or something, there's an unsettled

nature to all of a sudden the ground that you were standing on to disappear and you fall to the earth,

not really know even how to catch yourself. I remember the day I found out it was it was like my brain was

trying to compute what was happening because not all the details had come out.

It was half of the story and the initial reveal.

But there was deception and there was confusion.

So I went somewhere that my wife said that she wasn't.

And I couldn't understand why she was there.

And when I confronted her on it, there had been denial on her

spot and making peace with deception and this whole other story for so long, I was catching up

late, but she was practiced at it. She'd been lying to me for months. Really, our whole marriage,

in some degree, not necessarily about affairs stuff, but just about old wounds

and stuff like that, hiding stuff. But it was just kind of second nature. And for me, it was
