I don't know if I'm still known as this guy, but oftentimes I'm known as the guy on the podcast

where everybody knows Aaron Diamond.

Or Josh Dugger. Josh Dugger, yeah. But we want to do something different today. We've been running this podcast now for over 700 episodes. and we've done a lot of we usually do a lot of tactical stuff a lot of how-toes to help you grow your health and fitness

coaching business. We want to do today is a little bit more personal. We want to share some

personal stories that maybe you guys have never heard about us, how we got started, our

backgrounds, and just some embarrassing shit. Yeah. So that's what we're going to do today.

It's been a minute. If you go all the way back eight years of episodes, literally

eight years, which is crazy. I told my personal story, Jordan told his in 2018. It was funny because

we had a closer on our team go all the way back and listen. I was like, oh my God, don't listen

to those. I'm like, we need to record a new one. So this is the updated version eight years later.

A lot of things we've learned. We've made a lot of money. We've made a lot of mistakes in those eight years. So I'm excited to share them. Well, I'm glad you said that because if you've just found us, this is a good place to start. And if you've been with this for a long time, there's going to be some stuff in here that you've never heard. So ultimately, okay, so let's start here.

Aaron, I think a lot of people don't know your backstory, which I think is a really, really dope story. There's a lot of parts to it. But where did you actually start? Like, what were you doing before I met you? And when I met you, you were already crushing it as an online fitness coach,

but also you were going through a divorce.
