Summary

All day, we are thinking thoughts. Thousands of them. Some just pop into our minds, others we think on purpose.

When our thoughts are just happening, we're listening to ourselves. But when we take charge and think on purpose, we're talking to ourselves.

In this episode, I'm talking about the difference between listening and talking, which is more important, and how to listen to yourself effectively. This is crucial when it comes to making deliberate changes in your life so listen up!
