Weird, you know, weird, like I went like I went to almost every other place, right?

And I'm not kidding, but by the way, I went to Wikipedia and looked up names in the book of Mormon that start

and a al well and I didn't have to go any farther than a yeah before I slap my forehead really, really hard.

Yeah.

It was just like, oh, there it is.

But I'm serious, I didn't think of that initially.

I felt so dumb.

And the ideas were coming you know I don't know I think I did 25 30 songs in a year or two or something and I remember towards the end of that realizing, oh, I needed to get this out.

Because a lot had to do with that I hadn't talked to anybody about a lot of the specific stuff.

And I realized at a certain point it had anybody about a lot of the specific stuff.

And I realized at a certain point,

it had to come out.

And for me, how is it going to come out?

Well, music.

And probably some comedy, comedy. Well, you wrote something that really caught my attention. I spent a lot of time

growing up and well into recent adulthood plagued by low self-esteem and also very self-conscious about the way I looked.

Never happy with my teeth or hair or head shape or facial expression.

Now I wish I'd been more concerned about the way I thought. I could have spent a lot more time smiling.
