I can't lie. I was like, it's going to be short,

I just finished my morning meditation and I had this strong feeling come over me of why meditation and it's this one thing that feels like the thing you want to avoid because you're

unsure of it people don't quite get it.

And it's something that I really want to simplify

and to just gently encourage people to try with an open heart and open mind

because I can tell you with every single thing inside of me that I would never be who I am today, be doing what I'm doing. I wouldn't have the family, the friends, the love in my life

like I do at this point if I didn't commit to this practice over all of these years and it can

feel heavy. It's like the thing you're like I don't have time it's I've been there I still do that I wake up and I tell myself

I don't and as soon as I start going into that negative thought pattern, that negative way of thinking of

being, of living, of showing up, because I have to relearn these tools and this way of shifting my mindset

and shifting my thoughts every single day.

I've been meditating for almost 15 years now and it is still a practice. It's a never ending practice that I have to wake

up and I have to commit to doing it all over again.

Because I know all too well what it feels like

hell, depressed, depleted, and feeling so lost within myself.
