The term “binge” has become popular in describing any behavior that seems excessive. The increasingly common use of this term can cause people to label too many eating behaviors as bingeing. In this episode, I talk about why it’s important in recovery to be able to differentiate your binges from overeating or overindulging, and I also tell you about an upcoming free online class (with Cookie Rosenblum) that I hope will help with whatever eating issues affect you.
