And the weekend for the for the show you know it's funny. I don't know what you guys think but

It seems to me I'm actually writing a post about this right now.

It seems to me there's a pattern going back over a week or maybe a couple weeks.

It's not entirely new but but it seems to have accelerated.

And that is that every time there is a new Trump outrage, whether it's this new rape accusation against him from a couple weeks ago.

Right, that was the advice columnist E. Jean Carroll wrote in New York magazine.

Right, a couple weeks ago now, but, but, and it's from, I guess a couple decades ago,

but, you know, new coming to the surface or coming out of this news out of the Southern District of New York that they're

apparently dropping their investigation into the Trump organization with no

charges. We have this these you know hideously racist sort of raw tweets over the weekend

targeting these four freshman representatives in the House who call themselves the

squad. This is AOC and three others. And it seems to me that, again, over the last week or two, I have seen an acceleration

of this pattern that when each new thing happens, when people respond, the kind of people

who read TPM respond, their first impulse is to get more angry
