what we've realized is like in the minute, we hate working together. We hate it so much because

he hates my, what he perceives as kind of like reckless and sloppy and, you know, doing

something 80% of the way. And I hate his over-analyzing. What's up, guys? Welcome back to the

FitBiz podcast. I'm excited for this episode today. It's going to be different, different than I used to. So I was thinking because we started this podcast in 2018. And the very first episode is me telling my story. And please for the love of God, do not go back to it and listen to it. Because you know how it is. It's so cringe when you listen to yourself um from you know how long

go is that now eight years ago seven years ago and sometimes people do go listen to that we had some

we had a new team member the other day that went back and listened to i was like oh no that girl

doesn't know anything um don't listen to her, but I really

haven't told my story since. And since we've done $40 million in business and just, you know,

a lot of life. And I want to run through. And I want to give you the better version of that.

Just because I wish I had something like this. You know, when I look back, I wish at every stage of my life. You know, my entrepreneurial journey has been 13 years. I started when I was 25. I'm 38 now. And I, you know, I wish 25 year old version of me had this. Hey, here's what I did. Here are my mistakes. Here's how I got here. I wish the 30 year old version wish the 35-year-old version did. I wish the first time mom did. I wish the second time mom did. So I want to take you through and just kind of, you know, where did it start? How, like, what lessons have I learned along the way? What has gotten me there? And so I want to take you all the way back to free entrepreneur, Aaron.

I graduated from the Ohio State University and I entered medical sales, or not medical sales,

sorry, software, medical software. And I hated it. I thought, you know, millennial, going to

climb the corporate ladder. And I got in there and I'm like, this sucks.

I hate traveling all the time. I ask them not to travel. I hate sitting in this cubicle, which was the alternative. I hated working from home. Like I hated all of it because I was talking about something that wasn't very meaningful to me. And I remember looking around and saying, geez, everyone here is accepting this life. That's crazy. And I said, well, okay, I guess life sucks so you have to you know do things you don't want to do and you don't care about talk about

every single day and um you know get get a small raise every year and I think that's just life so

if I'm going to hate my career then I'm at least going to have hobbies that I

like. And so enter fitness in the chat, right? I think like many of us, nobody gets into

bodybuilding or fitness because they're like, I love my life and I love myself, right? And so

you're usually escaping from something, at least bodybuilding. And so, you know, I started competing

and a few shows. And I remember the first time

I made money doing fitness. So I used to go to this studio. It was like a TRX and spinning studio.

And the owner was the husband and wife, a huge inspiration to me at the time. And the one of the
