This is starting to get tough, and my schedule just isn't quite working out and I'm kind of sore and I need to sleep a little bit maybe and then work. Oh my God, work is crazy right now.

All those why not start to happen. It's not always on day

too, but you know, I see so many people, they sign up for an eight-week program. They're on fire

for a week like two, three, four, and then boom, that wall hits, those

why not start to add up, and they quit.
